This is the dash cam video of Jeena Roberts, right after here accident.

Two years ago Roberts was driving drunk when he car slammed into another vehicle killing 54 years old Linda Smaltz.

Roberts plead guilty to intoxicated manslaughter on Monday and was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

This video was used as evidence against her.

"My position is that I think if you're going to accuse somebody of a crime, you should record everything," Hamilton said.

Lubbock defense attorney Stephen Hamilton said the use of dash cam video as evidence may be the closest thing to the truth a jury can get.

"So that people can look at it down the line whether its a jury, or its a prosecutor, or defense attorney," Hamilton said. "And say here is what happened and here is what didn't happen."

Its really sad that this woman is getting sentenced 15 years in prison. I feel really bad that an innocent person was killed. But every time i see a story about someone being incarcerated for intoxicated manslaughter-i cant help but think of Callie Long- Why isnt she serving time behind bars????
