Texas Tech University will move its men's basketball game between the Red Raiders and North Carolina A&T to 6 p.m. on Dec. 28 to accommodate the school's recent selection to the Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas.
The game was originally slated to tipoff at 7 p.m. on FOX Sports Southwest Plus. It was moved up an hour to accommodate the kickoff of the Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas, which kicks off at 8 p.m. and features Texas Tech against Minnesota on ESPN.
For the Red Raider basketball team, the game will mark the second to last non-conference basketball game of the season and the first after Christmas.
Texas Tech is currently 5-1 on the season under the direction of first-year head coach Chris Walker.
