Meineke Bowl Could Help Bring South Texas Recruits

The Texas Tech football team has three weeks to prepare for their last game of the year when they travel to Houston to face Minnesota in the Meineke Car Care Bowl.

In a press conference head coach Tommy Tuberville says there's a lot of opportunity that comes with playing in a bowl game.

It's a lot about the experience, a time to build relationships and a chance for seniors to get one more 'W' while wearing a Texas Tech jersey. It's also a great opportunity for recruiting.
