Tech Baseball Coaching Search

The search for the new link in Tech's "reshuffling" of the baseball staff, may end with Dan Spencer...but they will have to fight off at least three other schools to get to him. KVAL in Eugene, Oregon tells us Spencer, pitching coach for Oregon State and former Red Raider player, is considering leaving the two-time baseball national champion Beavers for a job at Texas Tech. The specific job is still unknown, but Spencer is expected to decide between Tech and three-to-four other suitors later this week.
