Class of 2013 Hall Of Honors Inducted Today

It was a big day for Lubbock ISD as the 2013 Hall of Honor class was unveiled this afternoon at Jones AT&T Stadium.

And the Coronado Mustangs are represented by their former head baseball coach John Dudley and former head volleyball coach Patty Jones.

Dunbar high school is represented by former basketball Curtis Gipson, and Damon Hill who coached basketball, football and track at Dunbar from 1937-19-53.

Estacado is represented by former Red Raider running back Larry Isaac, And the entire 1968 state champion Estacado football team.

Lubbock high is represented by Johnny Tatum. The Monterey Plainsmen are represented by Ron Reeves, also a member of the Texas Tech hall of honor, was a standout baseball and football player at Monterey High School.

And, last but not least, then Leigh Daniel Cordes, who ran track at Monterey, and then for Texas Tech.

All in all it was an exciting day for Lubbock ISD, unveiling yet another stellar class of athletes and coaches.
