"The intricacies of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are extremely hard for anybody to understand ... if people have good credit and good jobs its going to be business as usual," says The Real Estate Companys Martha York. York also says the best time to buy a home is right now while interest rates on mortgages remain stable.
