Tech Downed By Arizona State

That old adage held true for Arizona State as they hit 14 3-pointers in their 77-62 win over Tech at United Spirit Arena.
Chris Walker shook up the lineup for the Red Raiders, starting Jaye Crockett and Dusty Hannahs for the first time this season.
And it paid off.
Hannahs hit a 3 on Tech's first possession but the Sun Devils onslaught from behind the arc would ensue.
Jonathan Gilling hit five 3s in the first half to give Arizona State a 6-point lead. The Sun Devils hit 10 total from deep in the opening stanza.
They cooled off -- but not by much -- only hitting 4 more in the second half to pull away with the win.
