Tens of thousands of galveston evacuees are waiting to return home, and one of those came to Lubbock. Charlie Hedgepeth graduated from Texas Tech and now lives in Galveston. He and his dog Tucker have been waiting out the storm here in Lubbock. Hedgepeth says he never expected the storm to cause so much damage and isnt sure how hell feel when he returns. "I dont know if itll be weird, but then again I havent seen any of it. A lot of what Im used to will probably be changed. You just kind of have to keep moving forward, you cant really focus on what happened already."
