Coach Wrenn notches No. 600 against LHS

The Plainview and Lubbock High girls met up at Westerner Arena in a game that was more than just a district matchup.
It was an opportunity for Lady Bulldogs coach Danny Wrenn to get his 600th career win.
The Lady Westerners hung tough till the end. In the fourth, Natassia Lopez finished off a nice inbounds pass to cut the Plainview lead to 14.
But the Lady Bulldogs closed it out strong when Kristian Reynolds made a contested bucket to make it 37-24.
Wrenn got No. 600 in fine fashion, with Plainview winning, XX-XX.
