Dan Spencer Officially Hired

LUBBOCK, TX: Former Red Raider Dan Spencer was announced the Associate Head Baseball Coach for Texas Tech this Monday. Spencer will be responsible for coaching the pitchers and catchers, and he will also serve as the recruiting coordinator.Spencer is the heir apparent whenever Larry Hays decides to retire. Another person added to the coaching staff on Monday, Trent Petrie. Petrie played at Tech in 1992 and then went to Lubbock Christian University. With this additions to the coaching staff, baseball in Lubbock looks bright.
