Second College Shooting Suspect Arrested

US Marshals U.S. Marshal's arrested 22-year-old Trey Foster in Plano about 1:00 a.m., Friday, and had him back in Houston around 6:30 a.m..

He face two felony counts of Aggravated assault. The first suspect, Carton Berry, on Tuesday, the day of the shooting.
