1. Driver Shot Dead on Ala. School Bus, Child Taken Hostage

A school bus driver in Alabama, who was shot after an unidentified man boarded the bus, has died. Police say the driver was shot several times before the man left with a 6-year-old passenger. The gunman has reportedly said he will not hurt the child.

2. Hillary Clinton Talks 2016

In her final television interview as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton told ABC News that she is "flattered and honored" at the interest in whether she will run for president in 2016. Clinton says her first order of business when she steps down on Friday will be catching up on sleep.

3. Barge Hits Bridge, Spills Oil

About 7,000 gallons of crude oil are unaccounted for aboard a leaking barge that hit a railroad bridge on the Mississippi River, the Coast Guard said Tuesday. It is not clear whether all 7,000 gallons leaked into the river.

4. ABC's Barbara Walters Out of the Hospital

Barbara Walters is out of the hospital and recovering from chicken pox at home. The host of ABC's "The View" is resting comfortably and "getting stronger."

5. Ashley Judd and Husband Divorcing

Actress Ashley Judd and her racecar driver husband Dario Franchitti are splitting after more than a decade of marriage. The couple announced the split in a statement to People magazine on Tuesday.
