A boil water notice has been issued for the town of Springlake.
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation
(TDLR) recommends all Texans take a few minutes to safeguard their families by
eliminating any electrical hazards.
According to the City Secretary, a pipe broke and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has required all Springlake residents to boil their water before consumption.
Water for drinking, cooking and making ice should be boiled for two minutes and then cooled before using.
