Ann Bertoia was sleeping in the back bedroom of her home in the 3200 block of 66th street, when she heard a loud boom.

She thought it was just a dumptruck in the alley, until she heard another boom, and went to see what was going on.

"So, I opened my bedroom door, and I saw car lights and debris coming into my living room," said Bertoia.

A beige Chevy Tahoe plowed into her home.  Bertoia said she called 911 immediately.

"I felt like it was a car that hit the house, and I could hear the tires spinning, and the car was going back and forth," said Bertoia.

No one was injured in her home.  According to LPD, the driver of the SUV fled the scene, and LPD have not arrested or charged anyone in the accident.
