Wednesday started with the excitement of the football recruiting class but then the Lady Raiders capped the night with a big win over West Virginia to snap out of their two game slide.

It was a big night for the Lady Raiders who were without Christine Hyde, due to a violation of team rules. But her teammates stepped it up in her absence.

Casey Morris led the way and was one of four Lady Raiders in double figures to give the ladies a 76-63 win.

The girls were relentless Wednesday night, refusing to let West Virginia back into the game and a big part of that was their work at the charity stripe.
