Tadlock Keeps Players Grounded

The Baseball team will open their season on Friday against Northern Illinois in the Brooks Wallace Memorial Classic against Northern Illinois.

And while there are plenty of new players on this years team, players like Trey Masek and Blake Barrios are getting some preseason attention from Baseball America for what they might be able to do beyond their careers at Texas Tech.

While for Coach Tadlock, it's an impossible task to completely keep his team from reading their press clippings its all about taking things one day at a time.
