Pre-Season Predicitions Don't Hold Water with Tadlock

By: Matt Roberts
Updated: February 12, 2013

The Texas Tech baseball season is just three days away now and Coach Tadlock has brought in some of the best young talent in the country.

With help from the 24th ranked recruiting class, according to Baseball America, Tech is picked to finish 6th in the conference in 2013. But all the numbers in the world don't mean anything to coach Tadlock, until they start playing some actual games, and working towards the goal of a trip to a College World Series. And they don't hand out tickets to Omaha based on what is written in the preseason.
