It was a special night down in Waco on Monday Night as 7 athletes and coaches were inducted into the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, including legendary Monterey baseball coach Bobby Moegle.

Moegel coached at Monterey from 1960 to 1999, winning four state titles, with his last coming in 1996. And his 1,115 wins are still the most all time for a high school baseball coach. The other's inducted with Moegle tonight are Heisman trophy winner Ricky Williams, Drew Brees, Shaquille O'Neal, and Walt Garrison, just to name a few. So Moegle is joining some pretty elite company in Texas Sports History.
