Abernathy drops a heartbreaker

The Abernathy Antelopes were taking on Childress for the area championship on Friday Night.

In the first, Kevin Carlise got a floater to go, giving the Antelopes the 8-6 lead.

Now a tie game in the 2nd, and Mason Darter had an answer, as he gets the long 2 to fall, making it 10-8 Bobcats.

Now Drew Lust being aggressive on the baseline, laid it in to make it 18-16 Abernathy.

Then More from Darter, from deep he gets the 3  to drop, making it 19-8 Childress.
It went to overtime, but Abernathy was held scoreless, allowing Childress to take it, 54-46.
