Lubbock Police Looking For Man Who Passed Bad Check At Market Street

Lubbock police are looking for a man who wrote a counterfeit check at Market Street, near 19th Street and Quaker.

The suspect is described as a white male, between 5'10"-6' tall.

He was clean shaven with a medium to large build.

Police say he had brown hair with highlights and was wearing a suit and tie at the time of the offense.

The man was last seen leaving in a black 4-door GMC Terrain.

Police say the crime happened on January 26th, just after 12:00 p.m.

The suspect used a counterfeit check to buy a gift card for $203.95, before leaving the store.
