Family of Tiffany Groves, who has been missing since late February, says body found Wednesday in Mackenzie Park is hers.

One of the Groves' neighbors tell us Tiffany's husband came to his house Thursday afternoon saying police showed him a picture of the body found Wednesday, and that it was that of Tiffany Groves.

One of Groves' daughters posted on Facebook Thursday afternoon that her mother had been found.

Police first said Wednesday afternoon that the body could be that of Tiffany Groves.

Groves has been missing since February 24th.

Today police are saying she was last seen at the Lucky Mart at 2012 Nash around 6:40 PM.

Groves was last seen wearing blue jeans, t-shirt and black jacket.

She is 5'4", 145 lbs with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Police have not confirmed that Groves family's claim, but continue to investigate the body.

Sergeant Jonathan Stewart said they are looking into the possibility that yesterdays dead body found at Mackenzie Park could be Groves.

We spoke with a neighbor today, Cipriano Garcia,  who said he has not seen Grove's husband or children in the past week.

He said he thinks they are staying with a neighbor.

If you have any information on this case call the LPD crime line at (806) 741- 1000.
