Jaye Crockett Named Big 12 Sixth Man Of The Year

Texas Tech junior Jaye Crockett has been named the Big 12 Conference Sixth Man of the Year by College Hoops Daily. Crockett, a native of Clovis, N.M., averaged 11.9 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game. He was third in scoring and first in rebounding amongst Sixth Men in the Power Six conferences. The 6-7 junior started just four of 31 games and led the Red Raiders in scoring. He also finished the season with eight double-doubles and 21 double digit scoring efforts. He was also named All-Big 12 honorable mention by the league's coaches earlier this week.
