A children's soccer game over the weekend turns dangerous when one parent pulls out a handgun on the sidelines. 25 year-old Tye Burke was arrested Saturday afternoon at the Berl Huffman athletic complex. Police say Burke got into an argument with the coach of his young daughter's team. The coach's husband stepped in and pushed Burke out of the way. That's when Burke pulled out a large caliber handgun and pointed it at the man's head. Police say he was immediately tackled by another spectator.

Captain Greg Stevens of the Lubbock Police Department says Burke did have a concealed handgun permit, but the permit definitely does not allow for that kind of action, "The fact that you have the pemit simply allows you to carry a concealed handgun. Now, as far as displaying or using that handgun in any way, shape or form, the same laws govern that for you as does everybody else."
