This holiday season, helping feed those in need is as easy as pie! Lubbock Meals on Wheels is teaming up with KAMC 28 and United Supermarkets to help feed the homebound, elderly, and disabled.

You can go to any United Supermarket location, and for just a $5donation, you'll receive a coupon for a free, fresh-baked pie from United. Meals on Wheels is a volunteer organization, so they need your donations to buy food and continue delivering those hot meals.

Says Assistant Director Lorrie Bellair, "Your money, your donations that you give to Meals on Wheels, your support, that is what's continuing the operations of this business." Volunteer Judy Stocking says, "We'll tell em, put in a nickel, a dime, a quarter, a dollar, whatever they put in, whatever they put in will help."
