Members of a lobbyist group are looking to legalize the unconcealed carrying of a firearm in Texas.

Members of WWW.OPENCARRY.ORG are launching a major campaign to convince legislators that Texans should have the right.

Starting this week the advocacy group will be placing billboards and running radio adds throughout major cities in Texas.

No word if any members of the legislature are in support of the idea.
