As we look forward to the holidays, part of the Christmas tradition is a fresh cut Christmas tree.

But when times are tough, that tradition may be left behind for some folks.

With so many folks worried about the economy, we wondered if that meant some of you were were cutting back on your Christmas traditions this year... namely the tree.

Thankfully, most folks we spoke to today said even though times are a little tighter, the memories made outweighed the expense of a tree.

Sales at Little Red's Nursery have been steady, and trees are a little cheaper because shipping costs are down right now.

But if money really is an issue, there's plenty of options.

Anna Johnson, Little Red's Nursery: "Well,of course they should come and keep that tradition alive! We have live wreaths, and live greenery, you know maybe somebody could substitute with a wreath or some garland. Maybe decorate a smaller tree, but it's definitely a wonderful tradition that I'd hate to see leave."

Ms. Johnson says there are plenty of different sizes, and different price tags to choose from, so you're sure to find one to fit your budget.
