Gas prices are on the rise once again, but when you're filling up, do you ever wonder why? Today we spoke with Bolton's co-owner Charles Bolton. He says there are a lot of variables involved in price-setting, but it all comes down to how much Bolton's pays their gas supplier.

During the summer, they paid as much as $34,000 for one load of gas--about $9,000 gallons -that's when prices were around $4 a gallon. Now, they pay around $12-14,000 dollars per load, which allows them to keep gas below the 2 dollar mark.

Says Bolton, "I don't really keep up with the price of oil each day because my only concern is what that gasoline's gonna cost me that day. Everything is not cut and dried, you have to play each day at a time."
