If you couldn't make it to the Inaugural Ball in Washington DC...Lubbock's hosting one of its own.

The lubbock Juneteenth Celebration Committee hosted the Lubbock Presidential Inaugural Ball at the Civic Center.  The theme of the night...a new birth of freedom.  Over 500 people packed the ballroom with several different entertainers.  Half of the proceeds from the black tie event go to benefit the Juneteenth Scholarship fund.  The event ended up completely sold out.
