After an entire year of sitting out, the public finally got to see Michael Crabtree in action.  Unfortunately for SMU, so did they.

The redshirt freshman receiver caught 12 passes, 8 in the first half, finishing with 106 yards and three touchdowns against the Mustangs on Monday.  Graham Harrell looked and found his new favorite receiver early and often hitting Crabtree on three of his first seven pass completions.

Crabtree, a native of Dallas, returned home after sitting out all of last season due to academic problems.
