March is National Nutrition Month, and United Supermarkets are helping you get healthy! United is adding to its "nutritional tag program." It's a labeling system that helps customers figure out which foods are healthiest when they hit the grocery store.

The tags fall in five categories--"G" for gluten-free foods, "HHDM" for heart healthy and diabetes management, "O" for organic, and the newly added "S" for sugar free and "L" for lean meat and low-fat dairy products. Says United corporate dietician Dr. Tyra Carter, "This is a program that helps them to decipher and make wise choices as far as nutrition and grocery shopping is concerned."
