Death Row Petition

Michael Rosales was convicted of the murder of 67-year-old Mary Felder back in 1997.
Now his family is making a a last attempt to save his life with a petition to Governor Rick Perry.
The Rosales family said they are not denying the seriousness of what Michael did but that enough tragedy has been experienced by all.
Back in 1997, family members of the Felder also showed concern over the sentence.
