LUBBOCK, Texas:
Texas Tech travels to Rice this weekend where the Owls are fresh off a shelling at the hands of Baylor's spread offense.  Texas Tech doesn't run the same offense as Baylor, but there are similarities and well that could mean good news for the Red Raiders and bad news for the Owls.  Good news for Tech is, well, that Rice couldn't stop Baylor's offense and the bad news for Rice is, well, that they couldn't stop Baylor's offense and Tech's aerial attack is arguably better than Baylor's air assault.
