The person of interest in all three of Lubbock's recent murders turned himself in to authorities Thursday morning.
KLBK was there when 31-year-old Tyrone Robinson surrendered to authorities at the police department.
Officials say he showed up by himself just before 11:30 a.m.
Authorities detained Robinson immediately, not for the murders, but because of a warrant for aggravated assault from earlier this year.
"We are looking for more subjects that may have been involved. The last homicide we had, witnesses reported seeing up to five suspects, so again we do want to reiterate those cases have not been closed. Nobody's been arrested for those homicides at this time and no named suspects at this time," Capt. Greg Stevens with the Lubbock Police Department says.
If you have any information about these murders, you are asked to call CrimeLine at 741-1000.
