Today some special kids who've been through a lot this past year got the chance to get together and have some fun. Pediatric cancer patients from around the region were invited to a Cattle Baron Round Up at Kenny's Korral. They got the chance to enjoy a petting zoo, games, face painting, pony rides, and a chance to win a new Nintendo DS. The families say the best part of the day was making new friends. Olivia Enriquez, a 6th grader who was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor over a year ago, says it was nice to meet others like her.  She says "you know I was kind of nervous because you don't know every one but then you get to see everyone and it's just like, they're just like you." The event happens every year and is sponsored by the Shropshire Agency, UMC and Covenant Medical Center.
