A Lubbock man is at the top of Texas' Most Wanted Tax Fugitives.
The Texas Comptrollers Office and the Lubbock District Attorney Office is looking Hisham Gamal Elbanhawy,33.
Elbanhawy was indicted back in 2002 on tampering with government documents and signing false statements to commit motor vehicle tax fraud.
Elbanhawy skipped bail and is believed to have fled to Egypt but may have returned to the United States.
