Police are looking for a person of interest in an early morning apartment fire they say is arson. The fire started around 3:30 Tuesday morning at The Boardwalk Apartments on 19th Street. Fire officials say a second story room was deliberately set on fire. It was unoccupied at the time, and no injuries were reported. The fire marshal is looking for 44 year-old Rick Schultz as a person of interest in this case.

"This place has been bad for months. We've been here nine months and the electric getting shut off, and now a fire, I don't know what to do," says Boardwalk tenant Danielle Huebner.

Hamilton's described as 5' 7" and 145 lbs. with tatoos on his arms and legs and missing teeth. He was last seen wearing a black muscle shirt and khaki shorts, and drives a black Ford Escape. If you know where he is you're asked to call Captain Hamilton at 775-2646.
