This year marks the 19th annual 4th on Broadway and it's still the biggest free festival in all of Texas.

The celebration kicks off Friday night with a Street Dance at the County Courthouse.

Event organizers spent much of the day setting up ten stages along Broadway, including the one over at the Courthouse for the Street Dance.

Tickets for the concert are just $10 and about 5,000 people are expected to attend.

The show will start at 7:30 Friday.

If you can't make it to the Street Dance, remember the parade starts at 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
