Running a Thousand Miles for a Million Dollars

A man living in Los Angeles will soon run more than 1200 miles back home to his roots - right here in the Hub.
He's making this thousand-mile run to raise money for an organization and against a disease that hit his family hard. Dustin Hucks will run from LA to Lubbock to support his aunt and raise money for the foundation that fights her disease. Doctors diagnosed his aunt - Debbie Yoakum - with stage four lymphoma a few months ago, and Hucks wants to raise a million dollars by walking a thousand miles.
"My aunt Debbie is awesome, tough as nails. And I have every reason to believe that she's going to beat this," says Hucks.
