Lubbock State School Workers Fired

Six Lubbock State School workers have been fired for the June 6th death of 46-year-old resident.

According to Lubbock Police documents the death happened after some kind of altercation and attempt to restrain the man.

Adult Protective Services has confirmed in an investigation that the resident died as a result of the incident.

Lubbock PD has an ongoing investigation into the incident at this time.

LPD was unavailable for comment.
