Cotton Kings Fire Chris Dashney

As KAMC first reported on Sunday night, KAMC-28 sports learning late Sunday night that the Lubbock Cotton Kings fired head coach Chris Dashney. Dashney has been with the Kings since the 2004-05 season. The Kings defeated Arizona on Sunday 3-2 and are just six points out of a playoff spot. Following the game Dashney was dismissed. The Kings say they expect to possibly name a new head coach as soon as Tuesday afternoon.
