Lady Raiders Top Nebraska

Lincoln, NE (Sports Network) - LaVonda Henderson scored 17 points and Patrice Edwards had 16 points and 10 rebounds to lead Texas Tech over No. 19 Nebraska, 70-69. Raquel Christian had 12 points and Brooke Baughman tallied 11 for the Lady Raiders (15-11, 6-6 Big 12), who held on despite a number of chances by the Cornhuskers in the final seconds. Kiera Hardy had 16 points to lead Nebraska (21-5, 9-3), but her three-pointer missed as time expired. The Cornhuskers had a five-game win streak halted.
