The family of the man killed while living at the Lubbock State School is doing all they can to make sure justice is served.

David Nicholson says after reading the Adult Protective Services report on his brother Michael's death, he's convinced one of the employees got fed up with his brother and killed him while he restrained him. He says this wasn't the first case of abuse he noticed at the Lubbock State School, and wants the former state school employees to go to jail for his brother's death.

"Well it's too late for my brother. I do want to see justice for him, but I think that there are still a lot of clients that live at these state schools and I think the truth needs to be known," says Nicholson.

The Lubbock Police Department has turned the investigation over to the district attorney. No word yet on when - or if- the case will be reviewed by a grand jury.
