One man is behind bars in Lubbock - charged with raping a 14 year-old girl.

Police got a 911 call early Saturday morning from a girl saying she didn't know where she was, only that she was being held against her will. They traced that call to a Central Lubbock neighborhood, and found her climbing out of a window, trying to escape from the 1100 block of 46th Street. The girl told police there was a fight at her home Friday night, and when she walked out of her house, a woman invited the 14 year-old into her home - thinking it was a bad idea for the girl to be walking alone at night. Police don't believe the woman had anything to do with the sexual assualt, but say her husband somehow got the girl into a back bedroom and raped her.  They questioned then arrested 34 year-old Juan Aurelio Mejia Hernandez.

"He is charged with aggravated sexual assualt. He is currently at the Lubbock County Jail. He's under bond and we're continuing our investigation," says Sgt. Ross Hester with the Lubbock Police Department.

Bond is set at $50,000. Police say Hernandez is a Mexican National, and volunteered to return to Mexico.
