One of Lubbock's most brutal murders still unsolved after nearly five years, but police believe one person in particular could change that.

45-year-old Tammy Cooper and her three children were found violently murdered in their East Lubbock home back in October 2004.

Each of their bodies were found in different rooms of the home.

Investigators believe the family knew their killer and say a male visitor to the home the night of the murders is the main person of interest in this case.

"A lot of DNA testing that has been done and will continue to be done and I think that at some point in time, we are going to come up with that DNA from that visitor that night," Lubbock Police Detective Rey Martinez says.

There is an $11,000 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest in this case.
