76 year-old Charles Caraway left his home in East Lubbock late Friday night. When he didn't return his wife of 23 years, Ruth Caraway called police. Authorities issued a Silver Alert the next day. The Silver Alert is an emergency system that broadcasts regional or statewide alerts
