Sex offenders who didn't play by the rules on Halloween are now facing the consequences.  We talked about how sex offenders were supposed to attend a mandatory program to keep them off the streets on Halloween.  About 70 people attended, but police say there was one no-show, so now a warrant will be issued for his arrest.

"One of the offenders did not show up officers went and checked his reseident and he was not there.  A motion to revoke his probation is being filed and his case will be referred to the district attorney's office," said Jennifer Mora, Supervisor for Lubbock-Crosby County Community Supervision and Corrections Department.

Another offender apparently left the program during a break and didn't return.  We're told that person will now serve time in the slammer.
