Former Lubbock Pastor, James Clark, appeared in Federal Court again Monday; this time on fraud charges.

Back in December, a jury found the former pastor of Mount Vernon United Methodist Church guilty of importing a Kenyan woman for immoral purposes; specifically for prostitution.

Tuesday, Clark began his trial for mail fraud, falsifying documents, money laundering and making false statements to a federal agency.

Prosecutors allege Clark used the church to apply for a Federal Food Program.  He received close to $600,000 that was supposed to feed needy kids.

While Clark did feed some kids, he allegedly bought a house, a car and took trips to Africa.

The trial is set to continue Wednesday.
