A&M Runs Away from Lady Raiders

currya_mpissed2008-02-02-1202014057.jpgMaria Moore hit a layup with 11:50 left in their ballgame against Texas A&M, and then things went dark for Texas Tech.

The Lady Raiders then spent the next 10-plus minutes missing nine shots from the field and not scoring a single point.  A&M turned the drought into a 22-0 run to break the game open, eventually winning 63-46.

Jordan Murphree, Tech's only player in double figures (12), hit a three with 1:23 left.  That was Tech's only points of the last 11:50 of the ballgame.

Dominic Seals finished with nine points, ten rebounds and a technical foul.

Next up, the Lady Raiders will be at Iowa State Wednesday.
