WTPB Deny Stadium Report

After KLBK-13 aired a story on Saturday night reporting that there will be no minor-league baseball stadium in the City Wolfforth, a West Texas Professional Baseball Official contacated KLBK-13 and denied the report. W.T.P.B. say as of right now, the group plans to still build the minor-league ballpark and College Baseball Hall of Fame in Wolfforth.
KLBK-13 contacted Lubbock Mayor David Miller on Sunday. Miller said he has no idea what the future is with West Texas Professional Baseball and the City of Wolfforth. Miller also told KLBK-13 that if the Wolfforth destination does not work out, he hopes to bring the minor-league ball park to Lubbock.
