Lady Raiders to Host NCAA`s in 2009

July 6, 2006 For the first time since 2003 the Lady Raiders and United Spirit Arena will be host to the 2009 NCAA Tournament first and second rounds. Joining Lubbock in those first two rounds in 2009 include Albuquerque, Baton Rouge, College Park, Columbus, Duluth, Los Angeles, and Piscataway, N.J. The Regionals will be held in Berkeley, Oklahoma City, Raleigh, and Trenton, N.J. The dates for the first and second-rounds will take place on Saturday, March 21, and Monday, March 23 or Sunday, March 22 and Tuesday, March 24, 2009.
